Acoustic Curtains

DNV Industries gladly introduce you one more best of its products known as Acoustic Curtains. Acoustic curtains are both noise barriers and noise absorbers. These acoustic curtains are manufactured and supplied by us at a very large scale. Acoustic Curtains are quilted fiber glass blankets which are designed to absorb unwanted sound and block from passing through them using a 1lb per square barrier septum.

These Acoustic Curtains manufactured by us are flexible, effective and economical method of noise reduction in a wide variety of Industrial and OEM noise control applications. These acoustic curtains are constructed of modular panels that can be used to form Sound Barrier Walls, Partial Sound Barriers and Machine Sound Enclosures. These acoustic curtains offer both sound absorption as well as noise reduction. Mounting hardware is available for curtain track systems, acoustic screens and enclosures.

Acoustic Baffles

There is one more product which we manufacture in our factor and known by the name of Acoustic Baffles. Acoustic Baffles are ideal for areas where reverberation from hard surfaces is an issue or problem. These baffles of our company are especially designed to hang in open spaces and kill the echoes and lagging reverberation that often plague large studios, gymnasium, companies and factories. Our Baffles which are specially designed have a semi-rigid internal wire frame for easy hanging. These all Baffles are designed in natural and painted colors.

All the baffles manufactured by us are specially designed to absorb non-specific noise and attack acoustical problems in open areas like factories, warehouses, gyms, companies and auditoriums. The most attractive part of these baffles is that these baffles are versatile way to solve many noise control and acoustical problems. There are two special categories of baffles and these are pillow baffles and hush foam baffles.

Pillow Baffles

Pillow Baffles of our company are acoustical absorbers which are inexpensive, general purpose treatment for noise reduction and reverberation control. These all pillow baffles are very ideal tool for controlling excessive sound decay and noise reduction problems. Our pillow baffles provide bandwidth absorption as documented in both laboratory and field measurements. Pillow baffles in our company are specially designed for ease of installation by a variety of methods.

Hush Foam Baffles

Hush Foam Baffles of our company are used fully to prevent sound echo. These items are mostly used in gyms, manufacturing areas and units, auditoriums and swimming pools. Each Anechoic Wedge Design hanging baffles of our company consists of two back to back 24" x 48" Anechoic Wedge sheets. Baffles which are manufactured in our company are designed in 3" thick, and shipped assembled and ready to hang. Wedges are made of a special, open-cell, lightweight acoustic foam.

Acoustic Louvers

Acoustic Louvers is one more product which is manufactured in our company. These Acoustic Louvers are basically used to prevent noise breakout from an air inlet or outlet of a plant room, building or enclosure while allowing ventilation air transfer. These Acoustic Louvers have varying acoustic performance depending on the type of aerodynamically designed blades which are used and the depth of the acoustic louver demanded by the deign.

Weather louvers resist the ingress of rain and moisture and are used where noise is not such a concern or is being treated by some other means. They provide weatherproofing and air transfer and can be made from steel, stainless steel or aluminum and then finished in enamel paint, powder coated or anodized.
